My name is Karol Skrzymowski, and I just brewed myself a fresh cup of coffee for this lovely evening just to survive to the end of the day because it's been a long day today.

But we do have a very, very interesting topic at hand, one that I don't really know that much about because I'm not a business analyst, although sometimes I have to be, and this is one of my biggest challenges and problems as an integration architect that I do actually have to do business analysis, and sometimes I have no idea what I'm doing.

So today, to shine some light on business analysis and especially stakeholder management and understanding your stakeholders, we have a lovely guest hailing to us from Canada, Pamela Patterson, and Pamela is a senior tech consultant with a very, very deep expertise in business analysis and project management.

Pamela works for a lot of organisations, wrote, I believe, two international bestsellers as books on the topic or relevant, and well, has been teaching stakeholder management and interviewing stakeholders for quite a while.
